So the holidays are fast approaching. Actually they have been here for quite some time now. I love this time of year because it is always a whilrwind of activity and festivities. Beginning with Halloween and Ending with New Years Eve, it's 3 months of fun and excitement...and insane holiday shoppers.
Thankfully I do almost all of my shopping online. I dread large crowds in small stores, and it doesn't leave much room for originality when it comes to gift giving. I always have an Amazon Wish List to make it easy for shopping.
I really love December. The smell of the air, the lights, hot chocolate...it makes me feel like a kid inside. There really is something magical about it. If you get the chance to, go out in the early evening on a crisp night and just take in a deep breath. It has been so clear lately I can see an incredible amount of stars and with the night being cold and crisp, it adds something special.
